Booking a Chemistry Show

Steps to booking a Chemistry Show:

Fill out a short e-survey about you and your event.
A quote will be given over the phone or sent a via e-mail.
After quote acceptance, a contract will be sent via e-mail.
The signed contract will be returned via snail mail.
The Chemistry Show will then be officially booked!

Leading up to the day of the show:

Use the available promotional materials and videos!
The week of the show a phone call will cover final details.
Arrival will be 1 hour to the start of the show.
Two to six able-bodied volunteers are required for set-up.
Payment due in full at arrival, prior to start of the show.

Post Show details

Clean up is 1 hour, with two able-bodied volunteers.
Take an electronic Post Show Survey and provide feedback.
